Includes: a paper published in the Conference Proceedings, access to all conference sessions, gift bag with a hard copy (print) of the proceedings, coffee breaks.
Excludes: lunch and dinner costs (provided on request upon payment at the time of registration).
Includes: a paper published in the Conference Proceedings, electronic issue of the proceedings (e-book will be made available for online downloads), online participation in all conference sessions.

Applicants are required to submit completed registration forms and conference materials to the official conference e-mail: irb.conference@irb.basnet.by by 31 March 2025.
Papers submitted without prior registration or/and after the deadline will not be accepted.
Each registered participant can submit up to two papers.
Papers that are not compliant with the author guidelines listed below or/and with the key topics of the conference listed above will not be accepted.
The author holds all responsibility for the academic content and scientific language of his/her paper.

Format: Word 97-2003 Document (.doc), standard A4 page
Size: from 14 000 to 15 000 characters max, including spaces, punctuation marks etc.
Text: 12 pt, Times New Roman, single line spacing, paragraph 1.25 cm
Margins: top and right 2 cm, bottom and left 3 cm

Title: typed in bold capital letters with a centre alignment
Authors: initials and family names, below the title in one-line space, with a centre alignment
Affiliation: includes the name of your institution, city, country, e-mail of a corresponding author, all in italics and with a centre alignment
Abstract: in the language of your paper, no less than 1 500–2 500 characters. Keywords: at least five words or/and phrases. See Annex 2 for more details
Sub-titles: Introduction, Materials and methods, Results and discussion, Conclusion, References
Figures: up to 3 figures placed following their references in the text
Tables: up to 3 tables placed following their references in the text

Acronyms: should be written out in full on their first appearance in the text

Conference Materials should be submitted as a set of three must-have individual files:
1. Conference paper with Abstracts in both languages (.doc file),
2. Expert Commission’s statement approving your paper for open publication (.pdf file), and
3. 1st page of your paper signed by all authors stated in the authors list (.pdf file).
Lacking or improperly submitted Conference Materials will not be admitted for consideration and acceptance.
We do not arrange or provide accommodation for the conference participants but we are happy to share our best-choice hotel recommendations:
On the days of the Conference, a free transfer will be arranged for the participants en route: Train Station – Tourist Hotel – Institute of Radiobiology, and back.
